The Terms of Service mentioned herein is a legal and enforceable agreement between SIMPLE SERVICES INC. and you related to the use of the support services you intend to avail from us. If you avail our services it would invariably mean your agreement to the terms of service stated herein.

Scope of Services Offered by SIMPLE SERVICES INC.
  • SIMPLE SERVICES INC support services intend to provide solutions for all networked smart devices, software, operating system and hardware-level issues with routers, modems wifi devices, connected computers, printers, scanners, tablets and smartphones.
  • To deliver our services, we may use various proprietary, purchased, patented or self-developed remote software support tools.
  • We may install a proprietary, purchased, patented or self-developed software tool that gives you access to additional technology services.
  • Use of any software license or equipment as part of our services is governed by separate end-user license agreement (EULA).
To Use the Support Services Offered by SIMPLE SERVICES INC.
  • You need to register with us through our website handyman.live (SIMPLE SERVICES INC).
  • You must not engage in or participate in activities that are illegal or may cause harm to SIMPLE SERVICES INC. or to any other customers.
  • You need to be over 18 years of age.
Your Responsibilities As a Customer of SIMPLE SERVICES INC.
  • You agree to have the full access (including required licenses) of any software, operating system or hardware equipment you intend to get repaired or serviced from SIMPLE SERVICES INC.
  • You have the backup of operating system, software applications and other data stored in the equipment you intend to get repaired or serviced from SIMPLE SERVICES INC.
    Note: SIMPLE SERVICES INC. or its employees, contractors, associates or partners are not responsible for any loss, corruption or alteration of data or software stored in the device you intend to get diagnosed, serviced or repaired from the company.
  • You agree to provide full access of your PC or equipment to the technician of SIMPLE SERVICES INC.
  • You agree to assist him wherever he needs your help and carefully follow his instructions while he delivers the services to your PC or any other supported device.
Terms of Purchase and Billing
  • You can purchase the services of SIMPLE SERVICES INC. if you opt for Online  or On-site Plan.
  • Online support plans offer unlimited online support for a particular period. On-site support constitutes one-time visit to the customer premises to resolve the issue at hand.
  • You only pay for the services once the problem at hand is resolved.
  • It’s the sole discretion of SIMPLE SERVICES INC technicians to decipher whether the problem at hand can be fixed remotely or through on-site visit.
  • The plan terminates automatically once the period it is opted for expires (for trial, secured and managed) or the issue is fixed following an on-site visit. You can renew the plan by placing an order one week before the expiry date.
  • Preferred mode of payment is credit card.
  • You agree to authorize SIMPLE SERVICES INC. to charge your credit card for any service you’ve purchased or renewed from us. However, at the time of renewal, SIMPLE SERVICES INC. will charge your credit card for such renewal at then published renewal rates.

Note: You agree to make the authorization before the problem at hand is fixed. However, SIMPLE SERVICES INC. only charges your credit card for any service once the primary problem is resolved.

You also agree to provide complete and up-to date billing information to SIMPLE SERVICES INC. at the time of purchase or renewal of the service you’ve availed from us.

Liabilities and Warranties
  • SIMPLE SERVICES INC total liability (to the extent permitted by law) to you, in-case you have incurred any damage or loss following the use of our services, is the cost of the plan.
  • Under no circumstance whatsoever will SIMPLE SERVICES INC. or its subsidiaries, affiliates, subordinates, employees, or associates will be held responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages you have incurred following the use of our services.
  • Damages can be because of lost profits, loss of business, or any other loss you’ve incurred due to (but not limited to) loss of data or software corruption, deletion of files, temporary or permanent failure of facilities, software defects, virus attacks, etc.
  • SIMPLE SERVICES INC also will not be liable for any loss of damage you’ve incurred because of our inability to provide you services due to general maintenance or upgrades, facility breakdown, or due to any act of god like flood, fire, earthquake, etc. or due to terror attack or violence of any other kind.
  • SIMPLE SERVICES INC warrants that our employees, contractual technicians, or associates will use commercially reasonable effort to resolve the problem at hand. However, we do not warrant that following the use of our services will resolve the problem.
  • SIMPLE SERVICES INC. also disclaims all warranties with regards to the software or equipment you’ve purchased and/or installed on your PC following the recommendation of our employees, contractual technicians, or associates.
Termination of Services
  • SIMPLE SERVICES INC. reserves the right to terminate your service if you violate the terms of services stated herein.
  • At anytime during the plan tenure you can terminate your service by sending a mail stating your preference and reason for termination.
  • All refunds will be governed by the refund and cancellation policy of SIMPLE SERVICES INC.
General Terms
  • The Terms of Service constitute whole legal agreement between SIMPLE SERVICES INC. and you, and supersede any previous agreements between the two parties.
  • SIMPLE SERVICES INC. reserves the right to modify the TOS stated herein from time to time. If at any time you don’t agree to any portion of the terms you can opt of our services.

Refund and Cancellation

SIMPLE SERVICES INC is committed to provide a professional and pleasant service experience to all its customers and we have a very transparent and customer friendly policy on refunds and cancellation of any services order.

To initiate any refund you can inform your case to refunds and cancellation department on toll free number 844-855-3344 ( 10 AM EST to 7 PM EST) or write to CARE@HANDYMAN.LIVE

The standard time to process a refund is within 24 working hours of signing the online refunds agreement, however please note most banks take 2 to 3 days to credit the customer account after we have processed the same.

Customers are advised to read the following carefully before claiming a refund.

For Onside support plan

All Onsite support service can be canceled and complete refund claimed if a formal cancellation is done at least six hours before engineers planned visit. In case the engineers visit is delayed beyond 2 hours of committed time without information and your consent then the same can be canceled anytime without any payments.

Please note if the engineer has visited and system can not be repaired due to your unavailability then a minimum $ 79.99 will be charged and any additional amount paid you will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE:

Onsite Services orders are Services Only Contracts and do not include any parts replacement if any parts are found to be defective.
No refunds can be claimed if any change requests are made in less than 6 hours of technicians planned visit or during or after technicians visit.
However, if you feel that the primary issue reported at the time of service order is not resolved as per your expectation, you can get a revisit arranged by calling us on the toll-free number at no additional cost to you.

For Online support plan

Customers can avail a full refund of services amount excluding any amount paid for software ( if license is installed and activated ) or any hardware, if the technicians are not able to address the primary issue reported during the first 15 days of services contract start date.

However in case the Primary problem is resolved, however remaining period of subscription is not required then amount payable would be $ 99.99 and for Subscription based services are cancelled after 7 days of first problem resolution the amount deductible would be 99.99 plus 19.99 x number of months from subscription date.
NOTE : If the services included any software or hardware then the same can not be refunded and shall be charged at following rate:

When you cancel any Secured or Managed plan, you get the refund for the months left in your plan to expire on pro-rata basis minus any administrative fee if applicable.

To Use the Support Services Offered by SIMPLE SERVICES INC.
  • You need to register with us through our website handyman.live (SIMPLE SERVICES INC).
  • You must not engage in or participate in activities that are illegal or may cause harm to SIMPLE SERVICES INC. or to any other customers.
  • You need to be over 18 years of age.
Your Responsibilities As a Customer of SIMPLE SERVICES INC.
  • You agree to have the full access (including required licenses) of any software, operating system or hardware equipment you intend to get repaired or serviced from SIMPLE SERVICES INC.
  • You have the backup of operating system, software applications and other data stored in the equipment you intend to get repaired or serviced from SIMPLE SERVICES INC.
    Note: SIMPLE SERVICES INC. or its employees, contractors, associates or partners are not responsible for any loss, corruption or alteration of data or software stored in the device you intend to get diagnosed, serviced or repaired from the company.
  • You agree to provide full access of your PC or equipment to the technician of SIMPLE SERVICES INC.
  • You agree to assist him wherever he needs your help and carefully follow his instructions while he delivers the services to your PC or any other supported device.
Terms of Purchase and Billing
  • You can purchase the services of SIMPLE SERVICES INC. if you opt for Online  or On-site Plan.
  • Online support plans offer unlimited online support for a particular period. On-site support constitutes one-time visit to the customer premises to resolve the issue at hand.
  • You only pay for the services once the problem at hand is resolved.
  • It’s the sole discretion of SIMPLE SERVICES INC technicians to decipher whether the problem at hand can be fixed remotely or through on-site visit.
  • The plan terminates automatically once the period it is opted for expires (for trial, secured and managed) or the issue is fixed following an on-site visit. You can renew the plan by placing an order one week before the expiry date.
  • Preferred mode of payment is credit card.
  • You agree to authorize SIMPLE SERVICES INC. to charge your credit card for any service you’ve purchased or renewed from us. However, at the time of renewal, SIMPLE SERVICES INC. will charge your credit card for such renewal at then published renewal rates.

Note: You agree to make the authorization before the problem at hand is fixed. However, SIMPLE SERVICES INC. only charges your credit card for any service once the primary problem is resolved.

You also agree to provide complete and up-to date billing information to SIMPLE SERVICES INC. at the time of purchase or renewal of the service you’ve availed from us.

Liabilities and Warranties
  • SIMPLE SERVICES INC total liability (to the extent permitted by law) to you, in-case you have incurred any damage or loss following the use of our services, is the cost of the plan.
  • Under no circumstance whatsoever will SIMPLE SERVICES INC. or its subsidiaries, affiliates, subordinates, employees, or associates will be held responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages you have incurred following the use of our services.
  • Damages can be because of lost profits, loss of business, or any other loss you’ve incurred due to (but not limited to) loss of data or software corruption, deletion of files, temporary or permanent failure of facilities, software defects, virus attacks, etc.
  • SIMPLE SERVICES INC also will not be liable for any loss of damage you’ve incurred because of our inability to provide you services due to general maintenance or upgrades, facility breakdown, or due to any act of god like flood, fire, earthquake, etc. or due to terror attack or violence of any other kind.
  • SIMPLE SERVICES INC warrants that our employees, contractual technicians, or associates will use commercially reasonable effort to resolve the problem at hand. However, we do not warrant that following the use of our services will resolve the problem.
  • SIMPLE SERVICES INC. also disclaims all warranties with regards to the software or equipment you’ve purchased and/or installed on your PC following the recommendation of our employees, contractual technicians, or associates.
Termination of Services
  • SIMPLE SERVICES INC. reserves the right to terminate your service if you violate the terms of services stated herein.
  • At anytime during the plan tenure you can terminate your service by sending a mail stating your preference and reason for termination.
  • All refunds will be governed by the refund and cancellation policy of SIMPLE SERVICES INC.
General Terms
  • The Terms of Service constitute whole legal agreement between SIMPLE SERVICES INC. and you, and supersede any previous agreements between the two parties.
  • SIMPLE SERVICES INC. reserves the right to modify the TOS stated herein from time to time. If at any time you don’t agree to any portion of the terms you can opt of our services.
  • All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the State of New Jersey.
  • SIMPLE SERVICES INC. assures you that while delivering services to you, no law will be violated.

Refund and Cancellation

SIMPLE SERVICES INC is committed to provide a professional and pleasant service experience to all its customers and we have a very transparent and customer friendly policy on refunds and cancellation of any services order.

To initiate any refund you can inform your case to refunds and cancellation department on toll free number 844-855-3344 ( 10 AM EST to 7 PM EST) or write to CARE@HANDYMAN.LIVE

The standard time to process a refund is within 24 working hours of signing the online refunds agreement, however please note most banks take 2 to 3 days to credit the customer account after we have processed the same.

Customers are advised to read the following carefully before claiming a refund.

For Onside support plan

All Onsite support service can be canceled and complete refund claimed if a formal cancellation is done at least six hours before engineers planned visit. In case the engineers visit is delayed beyond 2 hours of committed time without information and your consent then the same can be canceled anytime without any payments.

Please note if the engineer has visited and system can not be repaired due to your unavailability then a minimum $ 79.99 will be charged and any additional amount paid you will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE:

Onsite Services orders are Services Only Contracts and do not include any parts replacement if any parts are found to be defective.
No refunds can be claimed if any change requests are made in less than 6 hours of technicians planned visit or during or after technicians visit.
However, if you feel that the primary issue reported at the time of service order is not resolved as per your expectation, you can get a revisit arranged by calling us on the toll-free number at no additional cost to you.

For Online support plan

Customers can avail a full refund of services amount excluding any amount paid for software ( if license is installed and activated ) or any hardware, if the technicians are not able to address the primary issue reported during the first 15 days of services contract start date.

However in case the Primary problem is resolved, however remaining period of subscription is not required then amount payable would be $ 99.99 and for Subscription based services are cancelled after 7 days of first problem resolution the amount deductible would be 99.99 plus 19.99 x number of months from subscription date.
NOTE : If the services included any software or hardware then the same can not be refunded and shall be charged at following rate:

For Secured and Managed Plans

You can get any secured or Managed support plan canceled anytime during the plan period by writing a mail to us at CARE@HANDYMAN.LIVE Our customer services representative will revert with the details of the refund within 2 working days with the details of the claimed refund. When you cancel any Secured or Managed plan, you get the refund for the months left in your plan to expire on pro-rata basis minus any administrative fee if applicable.
